Pricing
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing and services are correct, sometimes pricing and services may change. All of our prices are based on DEE: (Demand, Education & Experience).
Services
Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, however, we will happily make adjustments to the original service! Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments/appointment must be made within 7 days of the original service and services must be done within 14 days of the original service. Please call as soon as possible to reschedule.
Products
We will exchange any hair care product within two weeks of purchase. Any makeup, brushes, and skincare may be returned within two weeks only if unused and in new condition.
Boutique Items
All Boutique sales (jewelry, scarfs, clothing, etc) are final sales.
Gift Cards
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. D’Anthony SalonSpa cards may be transferred to another D’Anthony SalonSpa recipient. Card must be presented for redemption.
Guest Policy: Children & Additional Guests
To preserve the relaxing, rejuvenating experience that D’Anthony SalonSpa is known for, we kindly ask that clients do not bring extra guests (children or adults) to their appointments unless they are also receiving a service.
Children Under 12
- Children under the age of 12 may only be in the salon if they are scheduled for a service.
- For safety, parents/guardians must remain in the front lobby during the child’s appointment.
Why This Policy Matters
Our salon environment includes hot tools, chemicals, sharp instruments, and limited space. Extra guests can create safety concerns and take away from the calming atmosphere our guests look forward to. Our goal is to devote our full attention to you and your self-care experience.
